The Body Holiday Wellness Centre is located in the four-star Sol Garden Istra Hotel which was built in 2006. It is located in the Katoro tourist estate, 250 m from the sea and 3 km from the town of Umag, to which it is linked by the promenade along the shore.
The hotel has 283 contemporarily appointed rooms, 10 luxury junior apartments, and additional 198 rooms in its annexes.
Within the hotel complex the guests have at their disposal a number of catering establishments, including three restaurants which practice the show cooking, an a la carte restaurant and others. For the business guests there are two conference halls equipped with modern technology and a large banquet hall.
The Body Holiday Wellness Centre offers a wide range of sport and revitalizing treatments and massage. It takes up two floors and covers and area of 1000 m2, and comprises the wellness oasis spa zone with 4 saunas (Turkish, Finish, bi-sauna and the wet salt-sauna), a whirlpool for 12 persons and relaxation rooms.
The beauty zone has several parlours for facial and body treatments, while the fit zone has a indoor and an outdoor swimming pools and a spacious fitness studio. This wellness centre also offers special packages for individual target groups and needs. Additional programme includes yoga exercises, aqua-aerobics and massages in open air, in nature and along the pools.
